China north Hard Alloy Tools Co., Ltd was established in 1953 and was the earliest base of cemented carbide alloy and tungsten alloy production domestically. The company owns 140 staffs and 8,000 square meters workshop. And it owns 280 sets advanced equipments, including spraying granulator, cold isocratic press, 1,000 tons oil press, full automatic powder press, vacuum degreasing and sintering furnace, high-temperature vacuum sintering furnace, American AVS pressure sintering furnace, ball lapping machine, etc.
The company has passed ISO9001:1994 quality system authentication in 1997, andISO9001:2000 edition-transfer authentication in 2002. It has two series products with own intellectual property, 'Satellite' Brand High-density Tungsten Alloy and Cemented Carbide Alloy. They are widely used in machinery, electronic, mine, building materials, oil and national defense industry. The products spread all over the country, and have exported to Japan, Southeast Asia, etc. and region. The density of our High-density Tungsten Alloy products is less 18.7 g/square centimeter, The products include tungsten bar (diameter 5-300mm, length L less 1000mm), tungsten ball (diameter 2.0-100mm), tungsten block, tungsten column, electrode, shielding plate for medical use, weighing block, fishing sinker, vibratory hammer or hammer shock, balance screw, clump weight, gyroscope rotor, watch pendulum, balance weight, shield piece and special shape products. The Cemented Carbide Alloy products include YG, YT, YW, YD, YN series cutting blade, Geological mining tools, building materials manufacture tools and alloy for mould use. We have standard and non-standard nearly 100 types.
